When we were on Taste of home not only was there a lot of talk about what we were cooking but also pictures of finished dishes. Anyone taking pictures of their food to share?

Hi Bet,
You are right, the former TOH board seemed to feature many more pictures as well as recipes of dishes or baked goods. I really enjoyed those too. I have to say I really don’t remember posting recipes or pictures. The trouble is I don’t think I have all that many recipes that anyone may be interested in making LOL!!!😊
Maybe you have started a new trend. I am sure there are many great cooks and bakers here.

A while back, I think it was Angela, posted a photo site that is easy to use. It's www.postimg.org. You choose the size of your image from the dropdown for website and email, then choose a picture from your file, choose direct link and then paste into image window (click on image icon at the top of your reply (not quick reply). When you post, the picture will appear. |

here is the help post for pictures. It is really very easy and you only add the picture to there that you want to post. post a photo

I was part of the TOH board for many years, from about 2002 until its demise. I really don't remember much in the way of pictures/photos.
To answer Bet's question - no, I can honestly say I never take photos of food I make 🙄, I eat it.

I too was a part of TOH for years until it was no more. Although I do recall some pictures of the finished meals, but not all that many, I was never one that took the pictures. Still don't. Like Tasty said, "I eat it." :))

I'm afraid I eat mine, too. Taking a photo isn't something I even think about doing! Probably because some of my concoctions taste better than they look! LOL!
I was in Cooking for Two for a number of years and don't remember posted pictures that much, if at all. However, we did share a lot of recipes. I do miss that a lot.
