I was not in the mood to cook tonight so we just picked at a little of this and a little of that. Wednesdays are kind of like that for me. I may actually have something to contribute tomorrow. We shall see ... ;) I just wanted to stop in tonight and say "Hello!" I'm glad you all are here.

Hi all ! Busy day for us. We left early for our 3 hour drive to Yarmouth. We toured the museum attached to the Cape Forchu lighthouse. It is not possible to go into the lighthouse itself. We had a quick sandwich for lunch then drove area the historic area of town with lots of old, large houses. Some were built by sea captains, some by merchants. We stopped by the Shore Club for supper. DH had lobster and I had a steak. I'd like to welcome all new posters! Everyone is welcome here whether you like to cook or not!
The rain is supposed to arrive about 2 a.m. and the next 2 days will have a chance of rain.
We will be leaving this area and head to the Cape Breton area. I'll post when I can.
I posted a couple photos over on TOH of the gardens we saw yesterday. I have not tried posting photos over here yet. |
