Tortellini Soup-wilderness
2 Tbs Sun Dried tomato flakes 1 tsp basil 1 tsp dry parsley 1/2 tsp dry garlic flakes 1 Tbs Chicken Bouillon granules 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1-8oz package dry tortellini 6 cups Water
Bring water to boil, add all the ingredients and bring back to a boil. Cover and lower heat to a simmer for 25 minutes.
Optional: Add a 14.5 oz. can of tomatoes in juice and/or 10 oz package of chopped spinach.
Now for my way since I cook for 1.
I follow the recipe except for the tortellini
I make the broth plus the tomatoes and let that simmer down a bit. Then either can or freeze in pints. I us either fresh or frozen tortellini. Bring the pan of soup to a boil, add enough tortellini to make a meal. Bring back to a boil and cook until the tortellini are done
