DDIL is having a tough few days at the end of her pregnancy, Betsy.  That's a shame - it should be such a happy time for her and your son.

The moussaka turned out really well tonight!  And, yes, my tastes have definitely changed over the last 40 years 🙄.  I have no recollections of what I might have done all those years ago.  I do remember hubby used to like  ratatouille  but I didn't so quit making it. Now I enjoy it so hubby is happy.
