Thank you everyone for the good wishes on my birthday. While this day was not what I would have planned, it turned out ok. Most importantly, DH's test turned out well. I tried to think only good thoughts all day. I grabbed a donut for breakfast-my favorite along with delicious coffee. I had a jacket to put on in the hospital, so I was not freezing. I called my BFF and got to chat with her. We made plans to meet for lunch when I am in Houston next Tuesday. DH was awake and chatty when I got to see him, I safely made the drive to Livingston and then back to Lufkin, had a delicious steak dinner at Outback. All in all it was a nice day. One of the best parts is youngest DS son just called and wished me a happy birthday. I love that kid!!
