TUESDAY: What's Cookin'? 9/13/16

I'm beat!  Got up at 1:50 to use the bathroom, and no matter how hard I tried, could not fall back to sleep.  Had a fire with the pillows and blankets and finally at 3am I decided I might as well get up and let DH have one more peaceful and relaxing hour.  Sure made for a long day--AM in kindergarten and PM in 1st.  Had errands to run after work so I didn't arrive home until 6PM. 

 

Had unstuffed cabbage roll casserole for dinner, showered, and am forcing myself to try and stay up another hour.  Goodnight friends.

Good evening to everyone. I did manage to get the cake baked, sure wouldn't have bet on it but even got it frosted.I did have a piece tonight and it is so good-- of course chocolate cake is a favorite of mine. I hope all of us can get some sleep tonight, it sounds like a lot of us was up way to early. I'm wearing down but want to stay awake to watch Big Brother. Have a good sleep and talk to you tomorrow.

I made my reservations for a room in Grove city to go to the BB meet there. Wonder if it will be the last TOH BB meet there? I will go on Friday and return on Saturday.

Sara, you are making me hungry! That chocolate cake sure sounds good.

I was late getting home since I had a massage appointment after work, so we just fixed some hot dogs. They were good, though.

I need to get groceries tomorrow so will have to get busy making a list. I want to pick up some things at Sam's too. May try to do that at lunch so I don't have so much to do after work.

Tammy, I'm loving hearing about your travels. Sounds like a beautiful place, and what a nice time of year to visit.
