Last night I had a baked chicken thigh and potatoes/carrots/celery. I have a tenderized pork loin slice for tonight on a bun and will have the last of the potatoes/carrots/celery. Charlene

I am in the process of making a chicken and broccoli stir fry. Will serve it over lemon rice. I have yeast rolls to warm up and I made individual Ricotta Cheese Pies for desserts this week.

I pulled a pork casserole out of the freezer that really need to be used. Had that with baked potato and a mushroom and pea mix. Made a good supper - with no work.
