Good Morning, we have lots of sunshine, its 42 and going high to about 70. No wind as of this moment, but it can come strong fast. Today is Hazel day and I want to get home before the eclipse as I don't know how many crazy drivers will be on the road. I already know whats for supper, so Im feeling pretty good.
Leroy, Sunday is a good day for all kinds of sports.
Lair, Did you enjoy your shows?
Snow, Busy busy time of year. Prayers for a good report for Heath and family. Love the pictures of the DGK.
Connie, Maybe you should see the Dr. again. I know you are one busy gal but shouldn't be so tired. What a great job your DGD has and I bet very heartbreaking at times.
Mary, Was a bowl of cereal your supper? I sometimes only have a piece of toast.
Jan, Come when you can.
Guess that is it for now, have a great day.

Good Morning. No sun here today. Just overcast and looks like it could rain any minute. A wind out of the SW at 20mph. After all the wind we have had it seems calm today. We are going to have showers instead of eclipse today. I have seen several and personally don't find them as life changing as some others I have heard talking this morning on TV. Guess I will spend my day doing some cleaning. Wish there was something I could get excited about but I emptied all the vacuums last week. Now that is sad when emptying a vacuum bag is exciting. I best make a list and get some things a little more interesting in my life. I enjoyed the pictures over this last week. I hope everyone has a good day.

Good morning. 49, going to 66, with partly sunny sky. Only a partial eclipse for here. We watched the total one in 2017, so won't be going out to look at this one today.
If I'm going to watch live tennis, I have to do it in the early hours of the day, as it's coming from Monte Carlo this week, and they are about 6 or 7 hours ahead of us. Otherwise, it will probably be reruns, which isn't too bad, either.
Have a good day, everyone.
Leroy

Just got home from my dentist appt. I'm good to go for another 6 months. I got all the yellow on the 8 granny rectangles done last night, so now I can start on the last two rounds which are both greens. Carol, Yeah, I had a small dish of Grapenuts flakes cereal with some added pecans, Craisens, and honey for my supper. For whatever reason, it gave me heartburn. I mixed up some apple cider vinegar and water and drank that, and it took care of the heartburn. Leroy, You should look up The Wizard of Paws. Prosthetics expert Derrick Campana, makes prosthetics for ANIMALS. You with a prosthetic leg can probably understand where these animals are coming from while you're learning to use your new leg. www.youtube.com/@wizardofpaws_byutv

Good Morning Everyone. Just finished an early lunch. Went to Lowe’s and found a couple of chairs for the patio. K picked out blue cushions for his, I decided on red for a change. Most of the patio furniture seems to be wicker and I didn’t want to have to cover it when it rains but did find some wrought iron chairs. Read that hummingbirds like petunias so bought a pot of those too. Put up the new white bird feeder that holds a big safflower seed cylinder and sure didn’t take long for the little red headed finches to find it.
Waiting for the ATT tech to come and check out why the PC keeps dropping offline. Sure miss my old IT guy…Randy used to come to the house, pick up the computer, check it out every 6 months and never a problem. He retired and am going to look and see if I can find someone else that does that. The Ranch suggested The Geek Squad but that isn’t what I want. Wonder how many of the residents here have computers. Would think they would have an IT guy to recommend here. Supposed to be in the high 60s today with rain moving in this afternoon. Everything on TV seems to be the Eclipse….will look out the window! Enjoy your day!

Well, not sure if it is the results of the eclipse or the sun just looks weird outside..shadows over the trees, but not dark. Maybe my brain just wants it to be!
So far today I repaired the lamp and glued the felt/paper base back on it. Made some cookies but it only made 46 so hope they are not cookie hungry tomorrow.
Carol, I see the kidney doctor on May 22 so will see what his tests show...annual checkup with him. Liver issues can cause tiredness....that could be my issue.
I have fiddled around long enough and now must get busy on the quilt blocks. We have leftovers for supper so don't need to stop for that.
Have a good day.
