Our Friday Finger Food dinner was good---coconut shrimp, onion rings, and poppers. All had been opened already so was glad to finish them off and get them out of the freezer. Dessert was a big juicy orange. Yum! Going over to the Amish Farm market tomorrow morning. DH wants Pasta Primavera for dinner tomorrow evening, so need to pick up zucchini and yellow squash, both on sale. They are also having a sale on country ribs; I've been hungry for those for months, but every time I check them out, they've been fatty, and I refuse to buy them. Crossing my fingers tomorrow I'll have better luck. Summer will be moving in next week---86*-89* each day. I saw the Orlando temperatures and they are forecasting 90's. Italian Beef and cookies are in the freezer for Disney; tomorrow I might make Sloppy Joe's and freeze for another easy and quick meal while at Disney. Off to see what new book I'll pick up to start reading tonight. Waving to all and wishing you a relaxing and peaceful evening. Lori

We are watching the Final Four game and cheering on our Gamecocks!
Elaine, I love the fried steak at Texas Roadhouse. We hardly ever go becauss it's always so crowded.
Lori, y'all will enjoy all the meals you've made when you get to Disney.
Ann, I love a lemon dressing for salad and slaw. I keep Marzetti's Simply Lemon vinaigrette in my fridge.
Tasty, you are putting your TV time to good use!
Tammy, you are making me want Mexican food. Maybe we'll get some tomorrow or Sunday.
Mamma, I would be concerned about that dog too. I hope the manager will listen. Surely some of the other residents are worried too.
Chris, you've gotten a workout today. I saw your frog quilt on FB -- good job!
Helen, there's a saying: "Life is uncertain -- eat dessert first" so you go right ahead!
