Cinnamon Raisin Oat Triangles
2 cups rolled oats 1 cup all-purpose flour 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1/2 tsp. baking soda 3/4 cup butter, melted 1 cup raisins 1/4 cup applesauce
Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and soda; mix well. Stir in melted butter until evenly mixed. Remove 1 cup and set aside. Pat remaining mixture into greased 9"x9" baking pan.
Combine raisins and applesauce; toss with reserved oat mixture. Sprinkle over layer in pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes (edges should be golden brown). While warm, cut into 3" squares. Cut each square diagonally to make triangles. Let cool in pan, then drizzle with Cinnamon Icing.
Cinnamon Icing: 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. milk Stir together to make a thin icing. Drizzle over triangles.
