I'm sure many of you have dealt with migraines too. In my 40s I started having menstrual migraines and they were miserable. But once I stopped having periods, no more migraines! I never had any kind of visual symptoms with them. If the visual part is all I have now, I'll be grateful. Lori, the eye dr said that if I start having headaches along with them, I'll need to talk to my PCP about that. Other than that, nothing to be done about it.
I was glad to be in and out of the lab quickly this afternoon. Now I need to get some practicing done before DH comes home and takes a nap.

Ended up going over to the lab for my blood work this late afternoon since there was no fasting involved---in and out in 15 minutes, but the traffic on the roads was another thing.
Jan, DH and I really enjoyed the goulash! Happy there is some leftover for my lunch one day later this week.
Going to relax with a cup of tea and find another book to read. Talk to you tomorrow. Sweet dreams to all! Lori

HI ! Time got away from me. I've been having more fun doing research, then met a friend who helped a family in our church clear out her late mother's clothes. I opened the shop so we could take the bags and boxes indoors. I stopped by the grocery store to get a handful of things for supper tonight and tomorrow. I tried a new recipe that we really liked, so I will post it.
The Voice is back on so I will be pretty much glued to the tv every Monday and Tuesday evening.
Elza, glad the eye problem is nothing serious.
Lori, hope you can get used to the mattress and sleep well.
Nothing on the agenda for tomorrow, so that is very nice. I plan on sleeping in yet again!
I do know who my birth father is, and have even met the family. I just know very little about his wife-he married about 5 years after I was born, he did not know about me. He had a daughter but divorced his wife in 1971. I have found a whole lot of paper articles about my in-laws. 2 of the sister in laws were actually society reporters for the small communities they lived in. I found birth announcements for my DH and one of his sisters. There was a 4 generation photo of an uncle, his father, son and granddaughter.
Better go as it's getting late. Very warm today, tied a record I believe, but the cold front comes through tomorrow so temps will drop at least 20*.
