Vanilla Ice Cream-Jan in BC
1 quart whipping cream 1 quart 1/2 & 1/2 2 cups sugar ( do NOT use Splenda) 2 1/2 tsp vanilla
In A large bowl, combine all ingredients, stir until the sugar is dissolved. Place in refrigerator until cold (I leave in fridge overnight). Freeze in ice cream maker according to manufacturer’s directions. Takes about 17 minutes in my machine. Makes about 3 quarts.
