Muddy Texas Bars-cooktocook A friend recently visited her cousin in Texas where she was served these gooey bars. She made these today for her family and sent over 2 large pieces for DH and me to sample this evening. They do indeed look "muddy", but taste nothing like mud! Lori Ingredients: 1 pkg. of brownie mix (family size) 1 jar marshmallow creme (7-ounce) 1 can milk chocolate frosting 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts Directions: 1--Mix and bake brownie mix according to package directions; bake in a 9X13-inch pan. Cool 3 minutes. 2--Drop marshmallow creme by spoonfuls onto brownies; carefully spread smooth to cover top. Cool completely on the counter (my friend put it in the refrigerator). 3--Drop the chocolate frosting by spoonfuls and swirl through the marshmallow creme. Sprinkle with pecans: cover and refrigerate before serving.
