Bacon and Horseradish Deviled Eggs-cooktocook Cook Time--10 minutes Prep--25 minutes Makes--1 1/2 dozen We love Deviled Eggs, and this is one of our favorite recipes--Lori Ingredients:
9 eggs 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tbsp. creamy horseradish 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 1 tbsp. bacon bits pinch of salt Directions: 1--Place eggs in a large saucepan with enough water to just over them. Bring to a boil, then remove saucepan from heat, cover, and let it sit 20 minutes. 2--Drain hot water and then run cold water over them. Add ice cubes to the water and let eggs cool for 5-10 minutes. 3--Peel eggs. Slice in half lengthwise and remove egg yolks to a small bowl Add remaining ingredients; mix well. 4--Fill egg white halves with yolk mixture. Cover lightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
