Festive Pumpkin Dip (from Market Day)-Elza
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened (I usually use 4 oz -- it's hard to find the 3 oz pkgs anymore)
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 8-oz tub frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Stir in pumpkin and spices. Fold in whipped topping.
Serve with gingersnap cookies and apple slices.
