Festive Pumpkin Dip (from Market Day)-Elza
1 3-oz pkg cream cheese, softened (I usually use 4 oz -- it's hard to find the 3 oz pkgs anymore) 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1 cup canned pumpkin 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg 1/8 tsp ground ginger 1 8-oz tub frozen light whipped topping, thawed
Beat cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Stir in pumpkin and spices. Fold in whipped topping. Serve with gingersnap cookies and apple slices.
Makes about 2-1/2 cups
