No Bake Chocolate Chip Cookies-emr
I tried a new-to-me snack last night, from this recipe I found online. No-bake chocolate chip "cookies" -- super easy and I liked it. The recipe is simple:
1/2 cup almond butter
2 Tbsp. maple syrup
1/4 cup chocolate chips
You mix the butter and syrup together, then either add the chips and roll into small balls, or form the balls first and press chips into the top. Place on parchment paper and chill. Makes 12
