Peanut Butter Pie-emr 3 oz cream cheese, softened (I use an 8 oz pkg for 2 pies) 1/3 cup milk 1/3 cup peanut butter (I use creamy) 1 cup powdered sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed Beat softened cream cheese with milk, peanut butter, sugar & vanilla till well mixed. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour into graham cracker crust and freeze. Can be doubled. Remove from freezer about 1/2 hour before serving.
