1-2-3 Hot Fudge Sauce-emr
1 (12-oz) can evaporated milk
2 cups sugar
3 (1 oz) squares baking chocolate
Combine in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook 5 minutes, stirring vigorously. Remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla. Beat with rotary beater for 1 minute. Serve warm over ice cream or cake
