Apple Maple Chops -Tasty from taste of home 6 bone-in center-cut pork loin chops (7 ounces each) 1 tablespoon olive oil 3 medium apples, peeled and sliced 1 cup water 1/2 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup apple butter 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt with parsley 1/4 teaspoon pepper Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Quickly cook chops until browned, 1-2 minutes per side; remove from pan. Place chops and apples in a 5-qt. slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour sauce mixture over the chops and apples. Cover and cook on low until meat is tender, 3-4 hours.
