Very Good Hotdish-Tammy
1 lb ground beef, or ground turkey 2 sliced onions (I used less, and diced them) 2 1/2 c. hot water 1/2 c. raw rice 1 cream of mushroom soup 1 cream of chicken soup 1 c. diced celery 2 T. soy sauce 1 t. salt chow mein noodles Brown beef and onions. Add hot water, rice, the 2 soups, celery, soy sauce and salt. Mix. Place in a baking dish and bake 70 minutes, top with noodles and bake 20 minutes more. * I used a combination of Nature's Seasoning and seasoned salt with a dash of garlic powder in place of the 1 t. salt.
