Cowboy Casserole (from @thefarmstyle)-emr
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 envelope onion soup mix 1/4 cup sour cream 1/4 cup milk 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided 1 (30 oz) bag frozen hash browns
*Preheat oven to 400 degrees. *In large bowl, mix ground beef, mushroom soup, onion soup mix, sour cream, milk, and 1/2 cup cheese. *Spread half the hash browns in a lightly greased 9x13 pan. Top with meat mixture, then remaining hash browns. *Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. *Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. (a little longer if refrigerated)
