One pound of ground beef or shredded chicken cooked . One can of niblets corn, one can of black beans one cup of salsa sauce, one pack of taco seasoning. combine all cooked ingredients and place in a shallow pan cover with tots, bake for 30 min. remove from oven, cover with cheddar cheese back in to oven for five mins ps oven temp 350
