Jell-o Pie Filling Salad-cooktocook
I have been making this simple salad for years. Today I did strawberry Jell-o and the strawberry pie filling but look below at the varieties you can make. Over the years I've made them all and find they are all delicious! Lori
Ingredients:
1 (6oz.) box of Jell-o, any flavor
2 cups boiling water
1 (20oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
1 (21oz.) can pie filling, same flavor as your Jell-o
Directions:
1--Dissolve Jell-o in 2 cups boiling water.
2--Add crushed pineapple and pie filling.
3--Pour into a 9X9-inch pan. Cool. Although not necessary, and I usually don't, you can top the salad with Cool Whip.
*If you wish to make a larger 9X13-inch pan, use 1 (16oz.) and 1 (3oz.) package of Jell-o and 3 cups boiling water.*

Lemon Jell-o and lemon pie filling; Cherry Jell-o and cherry pie filling; Peach Jell-o and peach pie filling; Strawberry Jell-o and strawberry pie filling; Grape, Black Raspberry or Red Raspberry Jell-o and blueberry pie filling
