Gourmet Chicken-Tammy 8-10 chicken breast filets (I used bone in thighs since I had some on hand) 1 envelope dry onion soup 1/2 c. white wine or sherry 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup (I used cream of onion) 2 c. heavy cream paprika, sliced almonds, chopped fresh parsley (I did not use parsley or almonds) Butter a large casserole dish. Sprinkle the dry onion soup over bottom of dish. Mix wine, soup and cream. Place chicken in cassserole. Pour liquid over. Sprinkle with parsley, paprika and almonds. Cover and bake 1 1/2 - 2 hours at 325*.
