Herbed Onion Bread-Angela
1 cup plus 1 tbsp water (70°-80°) 2 tbsp butter or margerine, softened 1 1/4 tsp salt 3 cups bread flour 2 tsp dried minced onion 1 1/2 tsp dill weed 1 tsp poppy seed 2 tbsp nonfat dry milk powder 2 tbsp sugar 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
In bread machine, place all ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer. Select basic bread setting. Choose crust color and loaf size if available. Bake according to bread machine directions (check dough after 5 minutes of mixing, add 1 to 2 tbsp water or flour if required). Yield: 1 1/2 lb loaf.
