Eggnog Custard Pie-marjo
4 beaten eggs 1/3 c white sugar
1 t rum extract 1/4 t salt
1/2 pure vanilla extract
3 c rich dairy or homemade eggnog. I used Classic eggnog.
freshly grated nutmeg
unbaked 10" pie shell
whip cream
rum or rum extract
Preheat oven 350*
Beat all together and bake 45-50 minutes. Done like pumpkin pie
and barely jiggles in the center.
Cool and serve with whipped cream that you added 2 t of rum or rum extract.
