Rhubarb Custard Cake-cooktocook
1 Box yellow cake mix
3 cups Rhubarb, sliced thin
1 cup sugar
1 cup whipping cream (not whipped) Some versions of this say 2 cups of cream - gives you more custard!
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Mix cake as directed on box. Pour into greased 9x13" pan. Sprinkle rhubarb and nuts over cake batter. Sprinkle the sugar on top. Last, pour cream over top. Bake in 350 oven for 40 minutes.
