Pepperidge Farm Casserole-annrms 5 cups cooked chicken or turkey 1 cup mayonnaise 1 red pepper, diced 2 cups celery, diced 1 onion, diced 2 cans mushrooms, drained or 1 cup sliced and cooked mushrooms 1 can sliced water chestnuts, cut into slivers 1 can cream of mushroom soup diluted with a little water, white wine or sherry. 1 small bag Pepperidge Farm regular stuffing Mix all but the stuffing and place in a 9x13 casserole leaving enough room for the topping. Bake uncovered at 350° until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Mix stuffing mix with 3 tablespoons melted margarine or butter. Top with stuffing mixture and bake another 15 minutes. Serve with jellied salad and rice pilaf or buttered noodles. Real fancy...patty shells!!!
