Brownie Mix Cookies-annrms
1 20oz. Box Ghirardelli brownie mix
¼ cup flour (I used Irish whole wheat)
¼ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
½ cup chocolate chips (if chips are not included in mix)
Preheat oven to 350° Line baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl mix all of the ingredients together until combined using an electric mixer. (I used my Danish whisk.)
Using a 2T (1.5”) scoop, scoop dough onto baking sheet spacing each dough ball 2 inches apart from each other.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are set but centers still look doughy. Remove from oven and let sit on baking sheet for 3 minutes. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
