Cooked Chocolate Frosting-mnwildflowers
Cooked type frosting that can go on a warm or cooled cake.
Makes enough for a 9x13 pan
1 cup of powdered sugar
3T of cocoa whisked
2T of oil
2T of water
Wisk the sugar and cocoa together. Then wisk in the oil and water.
Bring to a boil and pour over cake.
Use half a recipe for a 9X9 cake.
