Southern Beef and Cheese Dip-Tamaralynn
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 T. butter
2.5 oz jar dried beef
8 oz cream cheese
2 T. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. finely chopped green peppers
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 t. white pepper
Saute pecans in butter. Drain; set aside. Place beef in blender and chop up fine. Combine softened cream cheese and milk. Blend until smooth. Stir in beef and remaining ingredients. Spread in baking dish. Top with pecans. Bake 25 minutes at 350*.
