I'm not finding this thread easily. Don't know why? Help! I check on "participated" and get the threads, but this one doesn't show up. I found it by clicking on annrms then hitting "HOME" then Gardener's Shed. Anyway, glad to see everyone.
Last night DH cooked thick porterhouse pork chops on the grill; it was actually "cool" enough to stand outside. He grilled some large mushrooms. I stayed inside and made some twice baked spuds. I had blanched some cauliflower earlier in the week. I reheated it in the microwave with some vegetable oil and Green Tabasco sauce. I just invented that...it was delicious. Spicy, but not too spicy.
Tonight we will have egg salad. I steamed cooked some eggs the other morning. Will have with sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. I found some whole wheat split top hot dog rolls at TJ's; will toast them for the sandwiches.
