I had this come up in the same cell as one of my calendula. Weird part was when it first came up I was convinced it was agastache, since I reused a cell where some hadn’t come up. Its definitely not that. It was new dirt before the agastache was planted, and like I said, that hadn’t come up. It was probably a month or more between planting the one then giving up and putting calendula in there. The only thing I can guess is there was a weed seed trapped in the calendula seed. They literally came up at the same time too. I may wait a bit before pulling it, but it doesn’t look like any other plants I grow. Gotta love a good mystery!!

It looks very familiar but can't tell you what it is. I have never seen a weed that looks like that and I have had about every kind of weed in this yard that there is, lol.

Kathy-You are funny!!
Charlene-Well thats not a plant I have grown but who knows! The seed could have come in the miracle grow. I just know it doesn’t look familiar to me at all as to something I had growing here.
Now growing in beds I do have a ton of borage seedlings from last years plant, peony poppys, tobacco, and even a few euphorbia seedlings. Those I recognize!!

I don't think it's a weed & I'm like Kathy; I have them all.
Charlene's picture looks pretty close.
Put it in a pot by itself & see what happens

Karen-Not really. Just leaf smell!! Lol! I was hoping you could get a clue from whatever smell came off the leaf. So much for that idea! LOL!

If it is feverfew, I don't recall the leaves having a smell, but the flowers have a 'mediciney' odor. (spell check doesn't like that word...lol) It is an herb used in the treatment of migranes. Charlene
