Boxed Au Gratin Potatoes in the Instant Pot-Birdy

1 box of AuGratin Potatoes
Butter and liquids called for in the box directions
Seasoning Packet
Place potatoes and butter in IP.
Add liquids and season packet.
Set on Manual high pressure 7 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Stir and let stand a few minutes to thicken. If you wish, remove from pot to oven-safe dish and place under broiler to brown.
NOTE: I followed this recipe to prepare plain boxed Scalloped Potatoes. The timing worked well and I think you could follow this recipe for any boxed sliced potatoes. I added diced ham to my potatoes before cooking. Be sure to mix the seasoning packet into the liquids in the pot very well to avoid sticking on the bottom. Birdy
