GINGERSNAP RAISIN MUFFINS-Tasty 1/4 cup margarine 1/4 cup white sugar 1 egg 1/2 cup molasses 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp GINGER 1/4 tsp cloves 1/2 cup hot water 1 cup raisins Cream margarine and sugar. Add egg and molasses and beat. Stir together the dry ingredients, add to batter and mix. Gradually add the hot water and stir until smooth. Stir in raisins which have been plumped in hot water and squeezed dry. Fill greased muffin cups and bake at 350° for 20 minutes
