Chocolate Frosting-mnwildflowers
1/4 c water
1/4 c veg oil
1/3 c cocoa
2 cups powdered sugar
Whisk together powdered sugar and cocoa (can sift if you want). Bring water and oil to a boil in sauce pan. Poor water/oil mix over sugar/cocoa mix. Whisk until smooth and poor over cake. It will set quickly as it cools, but does remain semi-soft. Best part is you can put it on a warm cake.
