GF Chocolate Chip Cookies-annrms 325 oven temp. Bake 15-18 minutes In large bowl mix together:::: 1 +3/4 cups blanched almond flour 1/4 cup ground flax 1/2 cup confectioners Swerve. (Low glycemic sugar substitute) 1/2 cup brown swerve. ( I use golden monk fruit) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt In a medium bowl mix:::: 2 large eggs 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted ). { I melt oil first so it has time to cool a bit.} 1 teaspoon vanilla Mix dry and liquid ingredients and add 1 cup Lilly's chocolate chips. On parchment paper place small scoops then flatten with a spatula or fork dipped in water Cool before removing from pan Baked cookies freeze well. I use a small scooper which yields 44 cookies.
