Chicken Savoy-nancycooksnj
is a dish created by a guy named Stretch from the Belmont Tavern. They use red wine vinegar I use balsamic. It's bone in chicken thighs sliced garlic pieces, garlic salt, oregano, crushed red pepper (optional) then topped with grated parm cheese. Bake at 475* for 45 minutes, shut oven off, pour 1 cup balsamic over chicken thighs, return to oven for 15 minutes. This dish goes well with rice since it soaks up the juices.
