ASPARAGUS & BRIE SOUP-tasty 1/3 cup butter 1/2 1b asparagus 1/4 cup flour 3 cups chicken broth 1/2 cup sweet white wine 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup brie, rind removed In a saucepan, heat the butter, add the asparagus and saute until tender. Stir in the flour, reduce heat and cook for 2 minutes. Add the broth, wine and cream; bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Puree in the blender, then reheat.
