Marinated Cheese with peppers and olives-wilderness
1/4 Cup olive or vegetable oil 12 oz. about 2 cups cheddar cheese, cut into 1/4" cubes 2 red peppers cut into 1/4" pieces or you can use roasted red peppers 1 14 oz. can whole pitted ripe olives drained 1/2 tsp dried basil 1/2 tsp dried oregano 1 T white vinegar 1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic
Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
