Leftover mashed potatoes Freezing-bwatcher
If I only have one or a couple servings of mashed potatoes I put it on press and seal and then seal all the way around it. I freeze it that way and then if I need one serving I have it. You could also put a serving in a ziploc bag and squish it flat for storage. You could also do the same with two servings and then press a line down the middle for freezing and then you could break off one serving. I've seen people put things in gallon size ziploc bags and then press the score lines in to 'mark off' individual servings. You can put these bags on a smaller cookie sheet.
