Freezing Gravy-Jan in BC
If you are making gravy and have some leftover, freeze it in muffin/ cupcake pans. Make sure you use the paper muffin liners. Put pan in freezer to freeze, then when frozen, pop out of pan and put in ziplock bag and back in freezer. Paper may be stuck to pan, a minute or 2 on the counter or couple of seconds on warm stove top, they will loosen. When frozen, just take out amount you need. Great just for the 2 of us.
