Knephla Soup-weebill
6 potatoes peeled and diced 2 onions, chopped, saute in 1/3 cup butter 2 carrots chopped 2 stakes celery,chopped 1/4 cup chicken base( this is a paste,found by bullion) 1 tbsp.parsley flakes 6 cups water
Cook the above ingredients until tender.
Add: 1can evaporated milk 1 can cream of chicken soup Season to taste ( I add pepper)
Dumplings: 1 cup flour 1/2 tsp. Baking powder 1egg 1/2 cup warm water Mix together and drop by 1/4 teaspoon into soup. Soup is done when dumplings are.( about 15 mins.)
