Sun Dried Tomato Dip-Tammy
1/4 c. (about 8) sun dried tomatoes in oil, drained and chopped 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature 1/2 c. sour cream 1/2 c. real mayonnaise 10 dashes Tabasco 1 t. kosher salt 3/4 t. freshly ground black pepper 2 scallions, thinly sliced
Puree tomatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Tabasco, salt and pepper in a food processor. When blended, add scallions and pulse 2 X. Serve with chips or veggies, at room temperature.
