PUMPKIN MUFFINS-pghjan
1 pkg. spice cake mix or yellow cake (if using yellow add 1 ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice)
1 15oz. can of pumpkin
Mix together (use electric mixer, batter will be very thick) until well combined. Fill greased or paper lined muffin cups 3/4 full.
Bake at 350º for about 15 minutes.
