Scalloped Potatoes-cooktocook
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cheddar cheese soup 1/2 c. milk Dash of pepper 4 c. thinly sliced potatoes 1 small onion, thinly sliced 1 T. butter Dash of paprika
Blend soup, milk, and pepper. In buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, onion, and sauce. Dot top with butter; sprinkle with paprika. Cover; bake in 375* oven for 1 hour. Uncover; bake 15 minutes more.
