Grandma B's bread pudding-plantdoctor
Soak bread cubes in cream. While soaking, cream sugar and butter, beaten eggs, salt and flavorings. Pour mixture over soaked bread crumbs. Dot with butter and sprinkle a small amount of brown sugar on top and bake in large loaf pan at 350º until done. (approx 40 minutes)
2 cups stale bread cubes
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup brown sugar 1
pint cream
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup raisins (optional)
1 tsp salt (optional)
