Chocolate Chip Cookie Delight-marjo
1 tube (16 1/2 oz.) refrigerated chocolate cookie dough 1 pkg. (8oz) cream cheese softened -I use 1/3 fat 1 c confectioners' sugar 1 carton(12 oz.) frozen cool whip, thawed and divided 3 c cold milk 1 small package of instant chocolate pudding 1 small package of instant vanilla pudding chopped nuts and chocolate curls, optional
Let cookie dough stand at room temp. for 5-10 minutes to soften. Press into ungreased 13x9 pan. (I do spray mine a little) Bake 350* for 14-16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on rack.
In lg. bowl beat cream cheese and pwd. sugar until smooth. fold in 1 3/4 c whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
In Lg. bowl whisk the puddings and milk for 2 minutes or until soft set. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with remaining cool whip. Sprinkle with curls and nuts. Refrigerate for 8 hrs or overnight until firm.
