Purple...and who doesn't love purple? When I think of purple, I think of lots of things....
The age old poem.....I never saw a purple cow...etc
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
And of course there is the irritating Purple Dinosaur that used to be on TV.....lol
♫ "I love you, you love me, we're a happy family" ♫
Barney
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
But mostly I think of purple flowers as I truly love a vivid purple in my gardens. Here is the "meaning" of purple flowers according to the internet...
PURPLE FLOWERS
Rooted in royalty, purple is commonly associated with signs of wealth and elegance. It also represents vibrant creativity and can be a great mood booster for those in need of a challenge
This weekend let's share purple things.
Crocus
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Anemones
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Allium
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Lupine
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Peony Poppy
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Canterbury Bells
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
Iris
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
I will be back later....in the meantime....please share. Charlene

One Eyed, One Horned Flying Purple People Eater. I liked that song the 1st thousand times I heard it. That's something we used to say as kids. LOL
However I was a Purple People Eater for Halloween one year & my Mom made my costume. She soaked sheets in hot water with purple crepe paper to dye them. Ever heard of that?
No Purple People Eater pictures but let's see what I can find
Mona Lavender
Siberian Iris
Clematis
Iris
May Night Salvia
Wisteria Tree
?
Homestead Verbena
B'fly Bush
Baptista

Pretty. I posted a purple yesterday and since I'm at DS's don't really have time to look for another.
Love all the flowers, and Barney.
