Rhubarb Custard cake=plantdoctor
1 yellow cake mix 4 cups chopped rhubarb 1 cup sugar 1 pint whipping cream
Grease and flour 9X13 pan. Prepare cake mix according to directions and pour into cake pan. Place the rhubarb on top on the cake mix and then sprinkle the sugar over the rhubarb. Pour the whipping cream over all of it. Bake at 350ยบ for 50 to 60 minutes. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers.
